Ok firstly i realise a few of my songs have reflected my yearning to by in my hammock in Thailand, so here's another but i promise its the last ๐Ÿ˜‰

So my all time fav collaber @zecoop had this beautiful flowy acoustic track and on first listen i heard a tune so i was so happy he let me have it. As i said before what i love about John is just when you think you know where the music is going he throws in a brilliant curveball that would never have entered my head.
So we have both talked about how amazing it would be if he could get out to thailand one year and we could sit in hammocks strumming our guitars and not having a care in the world (unless its during FAWM month of course ๐Ÿ˜‰
So in John's original notes he noted how he was dreaming of a beach when he wrote the instruments so I went with that, then started thinking about his retirement and how himself and his lovely wife can have so many adventures .
So it progressed to a little dream of me meeting them on Koh phayam one of these days.

Anyway blah blah. Go have a listen ๐Ÿ˜‰

It is always a nice surprise to hear a new Karl creation and even better when he has brilliantly interpreted some music I sent him. This was a perfect vacation in a song and i soaked up all the beautiful rays of harmony.

Stunning as always Karl - one day we will relax on vacation together! ๐Ÿ˜€

Work has been a beast the last week and today was crazy. I had to cancel the vacation I had planned for Friday, so I needed to make my own musical vacation...

I am picturing myself on a beach. Not in Michigan with freezing cold temps and snow.

Oh yeah, everything was recorded on this $20 large condenser microphone that @dragondreams told me about and @timfatchen told him about. It's pretty awesome! (search BM-800 on EBay)
